Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Yes! Much of my time is set aside to do custom pieces for clients. If you are interested in ordering a custom piece of pottery, please contact me via email and we can discuss how to make your vision a reality. Check out my instagram to see some of my custom work.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: All items purchased through the website will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days. If you place a custom order each piece of work goes through many different steps. Because of that, my current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks.

Q: What is your return policy?

A; All sales are final. We do not refund if you change your mind about the item you receive. Pottery is fragile and difficult and expensive to ship which makes returns difficult. However, if the items you receive are broken or faulty please email me immediately (within 10 days of receiving your piece).

Q: Do you take wholesale orders?

A: Yes! Because all of my items are handmade, my wholesale costs are consistent and don’t go down based on order size. My only requirement for wholesale partnerships is that you order 10+ of an item to receive the wholesale cost. If you are interested in placing a wholesale order, shoot me an email.
